Sistema de obturação de uma abertura de um reservatório (4) de material plástico de estrutura em multicamadas por meio de uma placa (1) ela mesma constituída de uma estrutura polimérica multicamada compatível com a parede do reservatório. Processo de obturação de um tal reservatório por soldagem de uma placa de uma placa de estrutura em multicamadas compatível com a parede externa do reservatório. Um ou diversos acessórios (2) podem estar afixados na placa e inseridos no reservatório. Utilização do processo para obturar um reservatório para carburante para veículo automotor.
