Abstract

"NANOPARTìCULAS MAGNéTICAS TENDO ATIVIDADE BIOQUìMICA, MéTODO PARA SUA PRODUçãO E SEUS USOS". Que tem por objetivo prover nanopartículas capazes de especificamente formar ligações com biomacromoléculas intracelulares mesmo na região intracelular das células, de forma que a separação é possível através de exposição a um campo magnético exterior. Isto é realizado por meio de nanopartículas magnéticas que tem atividade bioquímica, consistidas de uma partícula de núcleo magnético e uma camada envoltória fixada a partícula nucleada, e incluindo um composto de fórmula geral M-S-L-Z (I), os locais de acoplamento entre S e L e L e Z tendo grupos funcionais covalentemente ligados, onde: M representa a dita partícula de núcleo magnético; S representa um substrato biocompatível fixado a M; L representa um grupo de ligação; e Z representa um grupo composto de ácidos nucléicos, peptídeos ou proteínas ou derivados daí provenientes, cujo grupo tem pelo menos uma estrutura capaz de se ligar especificamente a um domínio de ligação de uma biomacromolécula intracelular.
