Abstract

"EMBALAGEM REFORçADA PARA PRODUTOS QUE PROVAVELMENTE IRãO FLUIR". O qual compreende pelo menos uma bolsa de vedação de três lados flexível (10) que tem uma forma geralmente achatada e compreende duas paredes opostas na forma de folha que se estendem substancialmente paralelas a um plano longitudinal mediano do dispositivo. O dito dispositivo é caracterizado pelo fato de consistir em: pelo menos uma bolsa de vedação de três lados flexível, dois elementos de reforço (21, 22) respectivamente associados com cada uma das duas paredes da bolsa, sendo que os ditos elementos de reforço se estendem pelo menos substancialmente opostos a toda a largura de sua parede associada da bolsa, e um dispositivo para tomar integral cada elemento de reforço e sua parede associada da bolsa pelo menos em uma zona mediana da parede, e os dois elementos de reforço se estendem em cada um dos lados do dispositivo, substancialmente simetricamente em relação ao dito plano longitudinal mediano, e a rigidez dos ditos elementos de reforço é maior do que a das paredes da bolsa ou bolsas de modo a facilitar, depois que as duas respectivas extremidades laterais de cada um dos ditos elementos de reforço foram colocadas próximas uma da outra no dito plano longitudinal mediano para deformar os ditos elementos de reforço de maneira tal que as suas respectivas partes medianas ficam distanciadas uma da outra, a abertura de uma ou várias bolsas uma vez que a(s) sua (s) parte(s) superior(es) é (são) rasgada(s).
