Abstract
"PROCESSO DE FORMAçãO DE UM BRUTO TUBULAR PARA UM COMPONENTE ESTRUTURAL E MATRIZ PARA O MESMO". Um processo de formar um bruto tubular alongado para um componente estrutural tubular que tem uma configuração externa predeterminada, o processo compreendendo: fornecer uma casca que imprime forma ( 66 ) a partir de um material rígido, de permeabilidade baixa, que inclui uma superfície interna que define a forma predeterminada, plugar as extremidades abertas do bruto tubular ( A ), colocar o bruto plugado para o interior da casca, e formar o bruto tubular para o componente tubular aquecendo de maneira indutiva porções axiais ( 10, 12 ) do bruto por meio de condutores espaçados axialmente adjacentes à casca enquanto forçando ou antes de forçar gás a uma alta pressão para o interior do bruto plugado até que o bruto se conforme a pelo menos uma porção da superfície interna da casca para formar o componente estrutural.
