A presente invenção refere-se aos métodos para a análise de produtos agrícolas Mais particularmente, a presente invenção refere-se aos métodos para a análise do teor de óleo de uma ou mais sementes, compreendendo as etapas de extrair o óleo de uma semente usando um solvente, evaporar o citado solvente em uma corrente de gás para formar partículas, detectar a luz refletida e determinar o teor de óleo.
