Abstract
"PERFIL DE CâMARA OCA COM ESPUMAçãO DE POLIURETANO E PROCESSO". Perfis de câmara oca ( 1 ) com uma espumação de poliuretano ( 2 ) podem ser produzidos de modo especialmente vantajoso por ser aplicada uma mistura reacional ( 15 ) liq³efeita sobre uma guarnição de material de apoio ( 3) , enquanto que a guarnição de material de apoio ( 3 ), juntamente com a mistura reacional ( 15 ) é introduzida com a velocidade uniforme dentro do perfil da câmara oca ( 1) , sendo usada uma guarnição de material de apoio ( 3) que apresenta para a mistura reacional ( 15 ) uma permeabilidade retardada e o intervalo de retardo se estende desde o momento da alimentação da mistura reacional ( 15 ) até a introdução no perfil de câmara oca ( 1) e, após este espaço de tempo, a guarnição de material de apoio ( 3) passa a ser permeável para a mistura reacional ( 15 ) e a espuma ( 2 ) que então se forma estabelece por toda seção transversal do perfil uma boa aderência com a parede interna ( 4 ) do perfil de câmara oca ( 1 ).
