Abstract
"PLACA PRé-FABRICADA DE CONCRETO ARMADO E PROCESSO PARA FABRICAçãO DE ESTRUTURA COMPOSTA DE PLACAS". Em uma placa pré-fabricada de concreto armado, de modo particular para emprego como elemento de construção de uma via permanente para meios de transporte de alta velocidade, são previstos pelo menos dois vergalhões estendendo-se no sentido longitudinal da placa pré-fabricada de concreto armado (10) e projetando-se sobre sua superfície de concreto na face frontal (17). A placa pré-fabricada (10) possui pelo menos um, de preferência diversos, ponto(s) de ruptura predeterminado (s) (15) estendendo-se transversalmente aos vergalhões (19). O vergalhão (19) é ancorado respectivamente na região entre a face frontal (17) da placa pré-fabricada (10) e o primeiro ponto de ruptura predeterminado (15), alojado de modo essencialmente móvel na direção da respectiva face frontal (17), no seu sentido longitudinal. Por meio de um processo para fabricação de uma estrutura composta de placas, a partir de placas pré-fabricadas de concreto armado (10), a placa pré-fabricada (10) é assentada e alinhada com precisão. A placa pré-fabricada alinhada com precisão é enchida por debaixo com massa de enchimento inferior (42). Após a pega do enchimento inferior (42), a placa pré-fabricada (10) é unida com a placa pré-fabricada adjacente (10), através do enchimento da junta e da fixação dos vergalhões (19).
