Abstract

"MéTODO BASEADO EM COMPUTADOR E SISTEMA PARA CONTROLAR UM PROCESSO INDUSTRIAL". A presente invenção se refere a um método baseado em computador para controlar um processo industrial ( P ), que compreende pelo menos dois processos unitários ( UP1, UP2, UP3), compreendendo as etapas de: controlar diretamente o processo por meio de um modelo ( 1 ) que compreende um ou mais algoritmos; liberar os dados do processo ( Q, T ) do processo ( P ) para o modelo de controle ( 1 ). O método compreende a etapa adicional de se executar um diagnóstico automático da validade dos dados de processo ( Qi, Ti ) recuperados do processo ( P ) , com a finalidade de evitar que dados irrelevantes do processo sejam usados como entrada no modelo de controle ( 1 ).
