Abstract
"UTILIZAçãO DE PELO MENOS UM GALACTOMANANO". A invenção tem como objeto a utilização de pelo menos um galactomanano cuja razão entre as repetições manose/galactose (M/G) é, no máximo, igual a 5 e que apresenta uma massa molecular compreendida entre 2000 e 2.106 g/mol como agente emulsificador de uma dispersão. Ela também se refere à utilização desses agentes nas composições destinadas aos campos da cosmética, dos alimentos, da agroquímica, das formulações industriais, da detergência, da farmacêutica, dos materiais de construção, dos fluidos de perfuração, de polimerização radicalar.
