Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DE FITA FRIA REVESTIDA ELETROLITICAMENTE, PREFERIVELMENTE USADA NA PRODUçãO DE INVóLUCROS DE BATERIA, E EM INVóLUCRO DE BATERIA PRODUZIDO DE ACORDO COM ESSE PROCESSO". A invenção refere-se a um processo para produzir uma tira laminada a frio, revestida eletroliticamente, preferivelmente, para uso na produção de invólucros de bateria. A tira laminada a frio está dotada de uma camada de cobalto ou liga de cobalto por um processo eletrolítico. O objeto da invenção é obter um invólucro de bateria, com baixos valores da resistência a contato elétrico entre a substância catódica da bateria e a superfície interna do invólucro de bateria. Para essa finalidade, substâncias orgânicas são adicionadas ao eletrólito durante o revestimento, que produzem produtos de decomposição, sendo que os referidos produtos de decomposição e/ou produtos de reação dos referidos produtos de decomposição com outros componentes do banho eletrolítico, são depositados sobre o material de fita como camada quebradiça, junto com o cobalto ou a liga de cobalto.
