Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA FABRICAçãO DE MASSA". Um aparelho (10) para fabricar produtos do tipo petisco na forma cónica com uma extremidade aberta que inclui um cortador giratório (28) e que possui rolos contra- giratórios (30), opostos, cada um formado por discos de corte (36) múltiplos, axialmente separados em um mandril (34) por espaçadores (38). Uma folha de massa formada por um dispositivo de formação de folha (12) é transportada para um dispositivo de corte (24) que corta a folha de massa em vários pares de tiras de massa. As tiras de massa, após serem giradas 900, são retiradas sob tensão por meio do estreitamento dos rolos (30) em uma orientação empilhada face a face. Os produtos petiscos são cortados e moldados por cavidades (32) nos discos de corte (36).
