Abstract
"SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA TRATAR áGUA". Um método para tratamento de água usa um cartucho removível e descartável que tem uma estrutura interna de tela. Um aquecedor descartável aquece a água alimentada no cartucho. Sólidos precipitados são coletados na superfície de tela, contanto que a temperatura e o tempo de residência sejam apropriadamente mantidos. O calor quebra a dureza do bicarbonato da água, com o que os carbonatos são depositados na superfície de tela e metais pesados serão também depositados, devido â resultante alteração no pH. O cartucho tem um espaço de cabeça para coletar gases entranhados, tais como compostos orgânicos, cloro e ar. A esterilidade da água é obtida por meio do aquecimento da água por um período de tempo apropriado. A turbidez é removida do interior do cartucho devido à sedimentação induzida pela baixa velocidade do fluido, controlada por meio de um controlador e por um filtro provido na descarga do cartucho. O filtro tomar-se-á bloqueado quando partículas de bicarbonato forem nele depositadas, forçando o usuário a trocar o cartucho gasto. Garante-se uma economia de calor e um fluxo de descarga de água tratada e resfriada por meio do uso de um trocador de calor. água é alimentada a partir do cartucho, através de um trocador de calor intermediário e do trocador de calor, para um tanque de armazenamento. A água no tanque de armazenamento é mantida sem contato com o ar por meio de uma barreira móvel. Finalmente, a água é alimentada desde o tanque de armazenamento para um ministrador, e pode subseq³entemente ser usada em um ministrador de bebidas pós-mistura. Um indicador visual indica a situação do sistema para tratamento de água, e um sistema de controle para liberação de água libera água tratada proveniente do sistema para tratamento de água apenas após a água atingir uma temperatura selecionada e vapor for liberado do sistema, de modo que a água liberada seja potável.
