Abstract

"CAIXA DE PAPELãO RìGIDA PARA CIGARROS COM ABERTURA PARCIAL PARA EXIBIçãO". Onde uma caixa ( 1 ) rígida de formato paralepipédico para maços ( 3 ) de cigarros, tendo um invólucro inferior em forma de xícara ( 8 ) e uma tampa superior ( 9 ) substancialmente conectada ao fundo do invólucro ( 8 ) ao longo de pelo menos uma linha de corte destacável ( 10 ) que corre ao longo de duas paredes laterais frontais, verticais e paralelas ( 11 ) e ( 12 ) e ao longo de uma parede frontal vertical ( 13 ), de forma a dividir cada parede vertical ( 11 ), ( 12 ) e ( 13 ) em uma parte inferior correspondente ( 11a ), ( 12a ) e ( 13a ) que faz parte do invólucro ( 8 ) e uma parte superior restante correspondente ( 11b ), ( 12b ) e ( 13b ) formando parte do invólucro ( 8 ), e as porções superiores restante correspondentes ( 11b ), ( 12b ) e ( 13b ) formando parte da tampa ( 9 ); cada maço ( 3 ) de cigarros sendo alojado dentro do pacote ( 1 ) sendo cada maço ( 3 ) de cigarros abrigado no interior da caixa de papelão ( 1 ) com uma parede lateral principal ( 8 ) do pacote paralela à mencionada parede frontal ( 13 ); e a linha de corte destacável ( 10 ) sendo localizada em primeira altura ( H1 ) ao longo das paredes laterais verticais ( 11 ) e ( 12 ) e caindo para uma segunda altura ( H2 ) menor que a primeira altura ( H1 ), ao longo da parede frontal vertical ( 13 ).
