Abstract

"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA EXERCìCIOS AUMENTADOS E ALìVIO DE DORES NAS COSTAS". Pessoas sofrendo de dores nas costas seriam capazes de usar o aparelho de maneira mais efetiva para aliviar a dor. Os usuários comuns poderiam também utilizar o presente aparelho para os exercícios de fortalecimento e alongamento que os equipamentos para exercício convencionais tais como uma esteira para exercícios não permitem. As combinações de uma estrutura geral juntamente com múltiplas fixações formam um aparelho para exercícios efetivo. O usuário do aparelho desloca o peso da espinha dorsal ou da parte inferior das costas para as mãos enquanto executa os exercícios. A posição ereta ordinária causa mais tensões na parte inferior das costas, e o peso da parte superior do corpo em movimento pode piorar a situação. Através da disposição adequada das mãos e da distribuição seletiva do peso da parte superior do corpo para as mãos, o usuário seria capaz de controlar a quantidade de redução de peso na parte inferior das costas ou espinha conforme o necessário para alcançar os melhores resultados e níveis de conforto.
