Abstract

"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA ANáLISE DE DADOS DE PERFORMANCE E DE FALHA". A presente invenção refere-se a um programador de análise para programar o processamento automático de dados de desempenho através de uma pluralidade de ferramentas de análise. Os dados de desempenho providos para algumas das ferramentas pelo programador de análise podem ser especificados para estarem em um período de revisão predeterminado (porém variável). As ferramentas de análise identificam falhas e condições de anomalia e também criam recomendações de reparo, e automaticamente criam casos de problemas quando as condições autorizam, ou atualizam casos de problemas existentes com dados adicionais, todos sob controle do programador de análise. Os casos de problema são revisados por um usuário e então encaminhados a uma ferrovia para implementação. A invenção também refere-se a um processo para determinar quais falhas serão consideradas como críticas.
