"MATERIAL ABSORVENTE E RESISTENTE AO ESCORREGAMENTO". Um tecido médico possuindo um tecido absorvente possuindo um material resistente ao escorregamento aplicado a uma superfície do tecido absorvente formando uma superfície resistente ao escorregamento. O tecido médico possui uma absorvência, conforme medida através da superfície resistente ao escorregamento, de pelo menos metade da absorvência do material absorvente. A superfície resistente ao escorregamento possui um coeficiente de fricção de pelo menos cerca de 0,3.
