Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM PRODUTO DE LIGNOCELULOSE, PRODUTO DE LIGNOCELULOSE OBTIDO, PLANTA OU CéLULAS DE PLANTA GENETICAMENTE MODIFICADA OU INFECTADA POR VìRUS, COMPOSIçãO E MOLéCULA DE áCIDO NUCLéICO". Sendo que a presente patente compreende um processo para a fabricação de um produto de lignocelulose, o processo incluindo o passo de misturar em um meio de reação (i) um polímero fenólico sendo substituído por um grupo hidroxifenólico; (ii) uma lignocelulose contendo material sendo imobilizado numa fração celulósica da mesma um polipeptídio de fusão, o polipeptídio de fusão incluindo uma enzima capaz de catalisar a oxidação de grupos fenólicos e um peptídio ligante de celulose; e (iii) um agente oxidante. Uma composição de material para uso no processo e um produto de lignocelulose que pode ser obtido pelo processo são também descritos."PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING A LIGNOCELLULOSIS PRODUCT, LIGNOCELLULOSIS PRODUCT OBTAINED, PLANT OR GENETICALLY MODIFIED OR INFECTED PLANT CELL, INFECTED AND NUCLEIC ACID PLANT". Since the present invention comprises a process for the manufacture of a lignocellulose product, the process including the step of mixing into a reaction medium (i) a phenolic polymer being substituted by a hydroxyphenolic group; (ii) a lignocellulose containing material being immobilized on a cellulosic fraction thereof a fusion polypeptide, the fusion polypeptide including an enzyme capable of catalyzing the oxidation of phenolic groups and a cellulose binding peptide; and (iii) an oxidizing agent. A material composition for use in the process and a lignocellulose product obtainable by the process are also described.
