Abstract

"MéTODO DE APLICAçãO DE AGENTE DE MARCAçãO EM CHAPAS DE ALUMìNIO COM O PROPóSITO DE SEPARAR SUCATA". Aplicação de um agente de marcação a um estoque metálico, tal como uma chapa de alumínio, durante e como parte de procedimentos para a preparação de uma chapa para as subseq³entes operações de produção que geram sucata, para for'necer uma marca detectável em peças de sucata de produção derivadas da chapa marcada e mesclada com sucata de outras chapas de ligas de alumínio, de forma que a sucata possa ser separada e as peças de sucata de liga marcadas separadas da sucata de outras chapas de liga à qual o agente de marcação não foi aplicado. Agentes de marcação diferentes, fornecendo marcas detectavelmente diferentes, podem ser aplicadas respectivamente a chapas de diferentes composições se peças de sucata de mais de duas composições ou famílias de composições diferentes devem ser classificadas e separadas umas das outras. O agente de marcação pode ser adicionado a um lubrificante ou pré-lubrificante aplicado convencionalmente à chapa pelo produtor da chapa antes da entrega ao cliente de produção.
