Abstract

"QUINAZOLINAS E SEU USO PARA INIBIçãO DE ENZIMAS DE CINASE DEPENDENTE DE CICLINA". A presente invenção refere-se quinazolinas que são de utilidade para o tratamento de doenças e distúrbios de proliferação celular, tais como doenças cardiovasculares, infecções, doenças de câncer, doenças auto-imunes, doença dos intestinos, doenças dos rins, e doenças e distúrbios neurodegenerativos, como a doença de Alzheimer. Foi agora descoberto um novo grupo de 2-arilamino-quinazolinas de fórmulas (I) e (II) que são potentes inibidores de cinases dependentes de ciclina (cdks). Os compostos são facilmente sintetizados e podem ser administrados por uma variedade de rotas, incluindo a rotal oral e apresentam suficiente biodisponibilidade. A invenção também proporciona formulações farmacêuticas compreendendo pelo menos um dos compostos de quinazolina junto com um veículo, diluente ou excipiente farmaceuticamente aceitáveis dos mesmos. A invenção fornece ainda intermediários úteis gerados durante a produção dos compostos de quinazolina.
