Revela-se método de produção de membros estruturais de aço de elevada resistência que proporciona uma peça em bruto laminada de aço de elevada resistência tendo uma microestrutura de ferrite-perlite e propriedades mecânicas de elevada resistência e modelando a frio a peça em bruto por laminação ou semelhante, de modo a prover um membro estrutural com a seção reta geométrica pretendida, ao mesmo tempo que a resistência mecânica do membro estrutural permanece substancialmente a mesma ou maior do que a peça em bruto laminada.
