Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO CONTìNUA DE COPOLIAMIDAS" Um processo para a produção contínua de copoliamidas com base em uma lactama (I), uma diarnina (II) e um ácido dicarboxílico (III) compreende reagir uma mistura (IV) compreendendo uma diamina (II), um ácido dicarboxílico (III) e água em uma primeira zona de reação em uma pressão na faixa de 1,3*10^ 5^ a 2,5*10^ 5^ Pa na zona de entrada da zona de reação e em uma temperatura acima do ponto de fusão do polímero (V) para uma conversão, com base nas quantidades molares de diamina (II) e de ácido dicarboxílico (III), de pelo menos 80 % para formar um polímero (V), reagir uma mistura (VI) que compreende lactama (I) e água em uma segunda zona de reação em uma pressão na faixa de 5*10^ 5^ a 40*10^ 5^ Pa e em uma temperatura acima do ponto de fusão do polímero (VII) para uma conversão, com base na quantidade molar de lactama (I), de pelo menos 80 % para formar um polímero (VII), depois reagir o polímero (V) e o polímero (VII) um com o outro em uma terceira zona de reação em uma pressão na faixa de a 1,5*10^ 5^ Pa na zona de entrada da zona de reação em temperaturas acima do ponto de fusão do polímero (VIII) para formar um polímero (VIII), o dito polímero (VIII) tendo um teor extraível de água de 95<198> C,com base em lactama (I), diamina (II) e ácido dicarboxílico (III), de não mais do que 10 % em peso, e depois extrair o polímero (VIII) com água para obter a copoliamida.
