Abstract
"MéTODO PARA SINTERIçãO DE MATERIAIS DE LIGA DE FERRO". A presente invenção se refere a um método de sinterização de materiais de liga de ferro em um processo de sinterização de fita operado de modo contínuo, em cujo método os grânulos a serem sinterizados são dispostos sobre o forro de sinterização como um leito de grânulos substancialmente uniforme, em que tal leito de grânulos é transportado sobre o forro de sinterização através das diversas etapas do processo de sinterização, e em conexão com o processo de sinterização se conduz um gás através do leito de grânulos. De acordo com a invenção, pelo menos a maior parte do material contendo carbono que é necessária para o aquecimento do leito de grânulos até a temperatura de sinterização é alimentada sobre a superfície dos grânulos já produzidos, antes de se levar os grânulos para a etapa de sinterização.
