Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE SEGURANçA CONTRA EXCESSO DE PRESSãO POR DEFORMAçãO DA JUNTA PARA UMA PANELA DE PRESSãO COM TAMPA TIPO ABERTURA DE VISITA". A invenção se refere a dispositivo de segurança por liberação de pressão para uma panela de pressão com abertura de visita compreendendo um vaso de cozimento (1) com uma abertura oval definida por uma borda reentrante (4) adequada para receber uma tampa oval (10) para fechar o recipiente (1) através de uma junta de vedação (11) montada em uma cavidade (12) que forma uma borda deslizante (13), o dispositivo sendo caracterizado pela zona (S) corresponder substancialmente ao diâmetro maior (D) da tampa (10), a cavidade (12) incluindo dispositivos de indução de deformação (20, 21) para levar a junta (11) a deformar, e em que a junta (11), a borda reentrante (4), e a tampa (10) são moldadas de tal forma que em caso de excesso de pressão, a junta (11) é levada a deformar pelos dispositivos de indução de deformação (20, 21). A invenção é aplicável a panelas de pressão para uso doméstico.
