Abstract

"MéTODO PARA ACESSAR SERVIçO DE EMERGêNCIA USANDO UM TELEFONE MóVEL". é fornecido um método para acessar serviço de emergência usando um telefone móvel. Quando uma situação de emergência surge e um chamador insere um número de emergência tal como 911 [enviar] de um telefone móvel bloqueado, o telefone móvel compara o valor inserido (911) com uma lista de números de emergência armazenados na memória do telefone móvel. Se o número inserido está na lista de números de emergência conhecidos, o telefone móvel imediatamente registra a chamada de emergência embora o telefone esteja bloqueado. Todas as outras combinações de teclas serão comparadas a um código de acesso definido pelo usuário previamente armazenado na memória. Se o valor inserido coincide com o valor armazenado na memória, o telefone móvel será desbloqueado e pronto para o uso normal. Se os valores não coincidem, o telefone móvel permanecerá incapacitado. Em adição, durante uma chamada de emergência, um provedor móvel fornece um conjunto de registros de contato de emergência (ECR) para um ponto de resposta de serviço público de emergência (PSAP) Estes registros de contato de emergência podem incluir informação para cada elemento na família, incluindo o nome do indivíduo, endereço residencial, descrição física, nome e número de contato de emergência, nome e número do médico, informação médica de emergência, tal como alergias a medicamentos, condições temporárias, tal como uma gravidez, uma imagem digital, e qualquer outra informação que o assinante considera relevante para o PSAP conhecer em uma emergência.
