Abstract

"SENSOR DE DESLOCAMENTO E PEçA POLAR MODELADORA DE FLUXO". Um sensor de deslocamento inclui um conjunto de ímã tendo um alojamento para montagem em um de primeiro e segundo elementos reciprocamente deslocáveis. Um conjunto de magneto é montado em um elemento e define um espaço longitudinal tendo um eixo geométrico ao longo de sua extensão. O conjunto de ímã inclui pelo menos um ímã tendo um pólo norte e um pólo sul que fornece fluxo magnético de franja no espaço longitudinal e uma peça polar modeladora de fluxo sobre cada um dos pólos norte e sul. Um conjunto de sensor de campo magnético tem um alojamento para montagem no outro dos primeiro e segundo elementos para deslocamento ao longo de um eixo geométrico no espaço paralelo ao conjunto de ímã. Em uma concretização, cada uma das peças polares modeladoras de fluxo tem a forma de um pentágono em um plano de padrão de fluxo primário, formando uma primeira face confrontando o espaço longitudinal entre os primeiro e segundo ímãs. Em outra concretização, o ímã e um ímã cilíndrico adjacente ao espaço longitudinal, e a primeira face de cada peça polar modeladora de fluxo é cilíndrica e coaxial com o ímã cilíndrico. De preferência, a peça polar tem uma face troncocónica confrontando o espaço longitudinal adjacente à face cilíndrica.
