Abstract
"TRANSMISSOR DE TRAJETO DE RETORNO, MéTODOS DE TRANSMITIR DADOS E DE RECEBER UM SINAL DE ENTRADA DIGITAL, E, RECEPTOR DE SINAL óPTICO". Um sistema de trajeto de retorno de sinal óptico inclui um transmissor (200) tendo um gerador de referência de tempo de amostra (212) para gerar uma referência de tempo de amostra (213) e um receptor de sinal de RF (202-1) para receber e converter um sinal de dados de RF analógico em um primeiro fluxo de dados de amostras de dados de RF digitalizadas (Dados-1) a uma taxa determinada pela referência de tempo de amostra. Circuitos de canal suplementares (202-2) provêem um segundo fluxo de dados (Dados-2). Um multiplexador (204) recebe e combina o primeiro fluxo de dados (Dados-1) e o segundo fluxo de dados (Dados-2), e um transmissor óptico (206) converte o fluxo de dados combinado em um sinal de dados ópticos seriados para transmissão através de uma fibra óptica (210).
