Abstract
"MéTODO PARA DETERMINAR TEOR DE LIGNINA E/OU NúMERO CAPA EM UMA AMOSTRA DE POLPA DE MADEIRA DURANTE OPERAçõES DE POLPAçãO E BRANQUEAMENTO DE UM PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE POLPA QUìMICA". Um método rápido é provido para a determinação espectroscópica em linha de teor de lignina e/ou número capa em polpas de madeira. Diferente de instrumentação comercial atualmente disponível, o método permite alguém medir teor de lignina independentemente de variações de espécies e consistência de polpa. O método inclui as etapas de: (1) extrair amostras de alta consistência de polpa de madeira de um processo de fabricação de polpa química; (2) sujeitar estas amostras a uma fonte de luz visível monocromática; (3) registrar a luz difundida resultante e seu espectro de Raman através de uma faixa predeterminada de números de onda para produzir medições de intensidade de luz difundida de Raman; (4) determinar tanto a intensida de de luz difundida de Raman não corrigida, corrigida em linha base e/ou integrada das amostras através de uma faixa predeterminada de números de onda mostrados por combinações diferentes de teor de lignina, teor e consistência de celulose; (5) correlatar tanto por calibração de multivariável ou univariável as relações entre as medições de intensidade de luz difundida de Raman de amostras desconhecidas e a intensidade de luz difundida de Raman mostrada por combinações conhecidas de teor de lignina, teor e consistência de celulose de forma que o teor de lignina e/ou número capa em polpas de madeira possa ser determinado com precisão através, de uma faixa de capa de 5 a 110 e preferivelmente 5 a 20, para qualquer nível de teor de celulose ou consistência de polpa de amostra.
