Abstract
"DETERMINAçõES NãO-INVASIVAS DE DéBITO CARDìACO, FLUXO SANGuìNEO PULMONAR E TEOR DE GáS NO SANGUE". Um método de não invasivamente determinar o fluxo sang³íneo capilar pulmonar ou débito cardíaco de um paciente, incluindo o uso de técnicas de reinalação para medir o fluxo respiratório e a pressão de dióxido de carbono da inalação do paciente. Estas medições são usadas para calcular a eliminação de dióxido de carbono e um indicador do teor de dióxido de carbono do sangue do paciente, tal como a pressão de movimento final de dióxido de carbono (PetCO~ 2~), CaCO~ 2~ ou pCO~ 2~. A localização e orientação de uma linha de melhor ajuste através dos dados de eliminação de dióxido de carbono e dos dados do indicador de teor de dióxido de carbono é determinado pela regressão linear ou pela representação em gráfico dos dados de eliminação de dióxido de carbono contra os dados do indicador de teor de dióxido de carbono. Pelo menos um conjunto dos dados é modificado e pelo menos uma outra determinação da linha de melhor ajuste feita para encontrar um conjunto de dados que correlaciona mais próximo com a linha de melhor ajuste.
