Abstract
"MéTODO DE MOLDAR UM ARTIGO REFORçADO". é provido um método de moldar um artigo reforçado (100) para otimizar transferência de calor, condutividade elétrica e/ou integridade estrutural. Um conjunto de molde é provido primeiramente, o qual é capaz de formar um artigo (100) de uma configuração desejada, que pode incluir uma base (112) e aletas eretas (114). O posicionamento desejado da carga dentro do artigo moldado (100) é determinado de acordo com as necessidades térmicas, elétricas ou estruturais do artigo (100). Uma porta de entrada (116) e uma porta de saída (118) é formada no conjunto de molde para garantir posicionamento da carga como desejado. Polímero, carregado com carga reforçada, é introduzido no conjunto de molde via a porta de entrada (116). Polímero é posicionado nesse conjunto de molde com a carga de reforço estando substancialmente paralela e alinhada com a trajetória de fluxo.
