"ISOLAMENTO PARA APLICAçõES ELETROTéCNICAS QUE NãO PRODUZ QUAISQUER DESCARGAS PARCIAIS". Pelo envolver um condutor elétrico com uma fita isolante micácea, constituída de um suporte pelicular de um polímero que pode termocontraído acima de 150<198>C e de uma camada de mica fixada ao suporte pelicular por intermédio de um ligante, e subseq³ente termocontração do polímero, isolamentos aperfeiçoados para aplicações eletrotécnicas que não produzem descargas parciais são obtidos, particularmente para enrolamentos de máquinas elétricas e transformadores, cujos isolamentos distinguem-se particularmente por um aperfeiçoamento na adesão, processabilidade e propriedades elétricas e possibilitar uma redução na espessura do isolamento.
