Abstract
"PROCESSO E PNEU ADAPTADO PARA CORREçãO DE UNIFORMIDADE DO PNEU APóS A CURA" A presente invenção se refere a uma construção de pneu e a um processo de correção de uma ou mais características de uniformidade de pneus. Um pneu tem dois talões e uma camada de reforço de carcaça com cordas de reforço. O processo se caracteriza pelas etapas de A) formar uma parte do pneu com um material (tipicamente um termoplástico), que possa se tornar plástico (como por aquecimento) e se tornar não plástico (como por resfriamento), que, por sua vez, permite e restringe, respectivamente, a reorientação das cordas de reforço; B) tornar o material plástico, depois de o pneu ter sido vulcanizado, para permitir que uma ou mais cordas de reforço sejam reorientadas; C) reorientar uma ou mais cordas de reforço com relação a outras cordas de reforço ou a componentes do pneu; e D) tornar o material não plástico, para restringir uma reorientação adicional de cordas de reforço adjacentes. A reorientação das cordas pode ser conseguida sem seu estiramento além de seu limite elástico.
