Abstract

"APARELHO DE EMBRULHAR" Um aparelho de embrulhar, no qual os elementos de suporte (4) suportam um rolo de filme (5) são montados sobre a estrutura (3) de um dispensador de filme (1) com mancais que permitem a livre rotação de modo que o rolo de filme suportado pelos mesmos fique livremente rotativo. Os cilindros de pré-esticamento (6, 7) ficam mutuamente engatados via uma transmissão e são igualmente montados sobre a estrutura com mancais que permitem uma livre rotação. Um cilindro de pêndulo (9) compreendido no dispensador de filme e a força elástica de uma mola (10) que aplica uma carga sobre o mesmo foram de tal forma adaptados para que o cilindro de pêndulo (9) forme entre o segundo cilindro de pré-esticamento (7) e o cilindro de deflexão(11) uma curva que funciona como um suprimento de filme contendo uma quantidade variada de filme, dependendo do arrasto prevalecente do filme no sentido de manter a velocidade de arrasto e a tensão do filme substancialmente constantes nos cilindros de pré-esticamento independentemente da variação no arrasto e na velocidade do filme provocados pela forma do artigo a ser embrulhado.
