Processo para produzir o material filtranteplissável a partir de material de velo que apresenta distanciadorespara dobras plissadas, formadas do próprio material filtrante, sendoque um velo de fibra (1) de fibras sintéticas estiradas e umaglutinante com ação reticuladora termoplástico e/ou térmico sãoaquecidos em um forno (2) para uma temperatura situada ao menosna faixa da temperatura do amolecimento e/ou na faixa datemperatura da reticulação do aglutinante e em seguida o velo defibra (1) é simultaneamente perfilado e resfriado entre cilindros decalandragem (3) perfilados.
