Abstract

"MECANISMO DE AJUSTE DE BOCAL PARA TURBINA DECAPACIDADE VARIáVEL". O objetivo dessa invenção é fornecerum mecanismo de ajuste de bocal para uma turbina de capacidadevariável, que teria uma conexão entre a alavanca de conexão paraconectar o componente de acionamento de bocal acionado peloatuador para a aleta de bocal, e a borda do eixo de bocal na aletade bocal. A conexão teria um alto grau de resistência e não sofreriadeformação. Não haveria qualquer necessidade de se terferramentas de montagem especiais tais como gabarito, e umaconexão altamente precisa seria alcançada com menos processosde montagem e a um custo mais baixo. O furo de conexão daalavanca de conexão possui uma superficie batente que é planaou curva. A borda de conexão do eixo de bocal também possuiuma superfície batente que corresponde à superfície batente dofuro de conexão. Quando a borda de conexão do eixo de bocalentra no furo de conexão da alavanca de conexão, a superfíciebatente da borda de conexão é colocada em contato com asuperfície batente do furo de conexão colocando em contato asuperfície não circular uma com a outra. Depois que o contato érealizado, então o processo de fixação será aplicado à borda deconexão. A alavanca do conector e a borda de conexão do eixode bocal são dessa forma efetivamente travadas juntas de formaque nenhuma possa girar com relação à outra. A extremidade doeixo de bocal, em outras palavras, impede a rotação do eixo.
