A região entrepernas 10 tem um par de guias de dobragem L1, L2 transversalmente estendendo-se e atravessando uma zona definida entre as porções de bordas periféricas 7a das respectivas aberturas de pernas 7 e cruzando-se em uma zona média transversal 10a da região entrepernas 10 e a região entrepernas 10 é dobrada ao redor dos guias de dobragem L1, L2 para dentro do artigo de modo que a região entrepernas 10 possa ser dividida por guias de dobragem L1, L2 em primeira e segunda zonas S1, S2 substancialmente triangulares definidas entre as porções de bordas periféricas 7a das respectivas aberturas de pernas 7 e os guias de dobragem L1, L2, respectivamente, uma terceira zona S3 estendendo a partir de guias de dobragem L1, L2 indo à região anterior de tronco 9, e uma quarta zona S4 estendendo-se a partir dos guias de dobragem L1, L2 indo à região posterior de tronco 11 com a primeira e segunda zonas S1, S2 sendo dispostas entre a terceira e a quarta zonas S3, S4.
