Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "MANCAL DE BORRACHA". A invenção refere-se a um mancal de borracha com uma absorção de cargas melhorada, as quais se formam em conseq³ência de torção e de efeito cardânico, e refere-se de preferência a chamados mancais de borracha simples. é tarefa da invenção, criar um mancal de borracha, o qual, com uma construção simples, com vista à relação entre a rigidez axial e radial, é variável dentro de amplos limites. A tarefa é solucionada por meio de um mancal, no caso do qual no elastómero são dispostas duas valas livres, cada vez partindo das extremidades do mancal axiais, estendendo-se em direção axial para dentro do interior do mancal, passando em uma volta completa em volta do eixo de mancal. A distância destas valas livres em relação ao eixo de mancal e/ou sua largura varia de maneira cíclica e contínua. Entre ambas as valas livres existe uma desfasagem com vista ao seu decurso. Ao mesmo tempo, dentro do elastómero, fibras de igual capacidade de carga axial formam, devido a uma direção de decurso alternante, uma estrutura composta em cruz.
