Abstract

"MéTODO PARA AUTENTICAR UM OBJETO PORTáTIL, OBJETO PORTáTIL CORRESPONDENTE E APARELHO PARA UTILIZAR O MéTODO". A invenção diz respeito a um método para autenticação de um objeto portátil compreendendo meios de processamento de informação e meios de armazenamento de informação, os meios de armazenamento de informação contendo ao menos uma codificação (i) definindo operações capazes de serem executadas pelo objeto portátil, bem como uma função unidirecional. De acordo com a invenção, este método compreende a etapa que consiste em enviar para o objeto portátil um comando (31, 32i-34i, 35, 36) de maneira que este último execute um cálculo de um resultado pela aplicação à mencionada função unidirecional de ao menos parte da mencionada codificação (i), este resultado sendo utilizado para decidir se o objeto portátil é autêntico ou não. A invenção também diz respeito ao objeto portátil associado e a um aparelho para cooperar com o objeto portátil.
