Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A REFUNDIçãO SEM SAL, ISENTA DE OXIDAçãO, DE ALUMìNIO, SUAS LIGAS, BEM COMO, DE SUCATA DE ALUMìNIO". A invenção refere-se a um processo, bem como, a um dispositivo para a refundição sem sal e isenta de oxidação, de alumínio, de suas ligas, bem como, de sucata de alumínio com todos os tipos de impurezas tais como, substâncias oleosas combustíveis, materiais aderentes combustíveis ou não combustíveis e aqueles com peso específico maior em um tambor giratório (1), com uma câmara de combustão (4) duas válvulas de alimentação (5,6) e com um bocal do queimador (32), sendo que de uma forma bastante conhecida, estão previstos gás natural ou óleo combustível como combustível, e o oxigênio com ar é conduzido através de uma válvula de alimentação (6) à câmara de combustão (4), sendo que com auxílio de um comando eletrónico é dosada uma tal quantidade de ar de modo que, a quantidade de oxigênio conduzida com o ar corresponde, exatamente, à relação estequiométrica para a combustão completa do combustível conduzido através do bocal do queimador (32).
