Abstract

"AMBIENTE PORTáTIL DE TESTE DE VEìCULO". Um ambiente de teste móvel (100) é adaptado para detectar desbalanceamentos em sistema eixo propulsor num veículo automotivo (118) e inclui um reboque fechado (102) para fornecer isolamento do tempo, temperatura e ruído externo. O reboque (102) também tem um engate (124) para anexação a um veículo reboque para o transporte. Um sensor de posição angular e de velocidade (130) fica adaptado para gerar um sinal em resposta à velocidade e posição angular de um eixo de transmissão. Sensores de vibração (132), (134) e (136) são adaptados para detectar vibração do eixo propulsor e gerar um sinal em resposta à mesma. Um analisador de sinal (138) é adaptado para receber sinais gerados pelo sensor de posição angular e de velocidade (130) e pelos sensores de vibração (132), (134) e (136) para calcular qualquer desbalanceamento no sistema propulsor e apresentar pesos de contrabalanceamento e parâmetros de posição para corrigir qualquer desbalanceamento no sistema. O sensor angular compreende um par de câmaras perceptron adaptado para enviar um par de sinais ao analisador de sinais (138).
