Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UM PáRA-CHOQUE CONFORMADO POR ROLOS, PáRA-CHOQUE, E, UNIDADE DE CONFORMAçãO DE DEFLEXãO". Um processo e aparelho produzem um elemento de pára-choque conformado por rolos compreendendo um material metálico. O elemento de pára-choque (47) tem uma seção transversal predeterminada e uma curvatura predeterminada. Uma estrutura do pára-choque de tira (40) é alimentada numa unidade de conformação (10) ao longo de um nível da linha. A estrutura do pára-choque tem uma seção transversal predeterminada e uma configuração longitudinal essencialmente reta. A unidade de conformação tem um rolo de apoio acionado (16) e um par de rolos de flexão cooperantes acionado (18, 20). Um primeiro rolo (18) do par de rolos de flexão fica posicionado de forma a defletir a estrutura do pára-choque (40) para fora do nível da linha. Um segundo rolo (20) do par de rolos de flexão fica montado para revolver em torno do primeiro rolo (18). O rolo de apoio (16) e o par de rolos de flexão cooperantes (18, 20) são acionados para alimentar a estrutura do pára-choque (40) entre o par de rolos de flexão cooperantes e contra-rotativos (16, 18, 20).
