"PROCESSO IMPLEMENTADO POR COMPUTADOR PARA ANALISAR UMA ESTRUTURA". Expõe-se um sistema e processo implementados por computador para analisar uma estrutura sujeita a um evento catastrófico. O sistema, utilizando dados de entrada elásticos lineares (202), determina automaticamente comportamentos histeréticos não lineares (204 ). Os modelos não lineares são então analisados por intermédio de uma de um número de técnicas de análise não lineares (206). Este sistema e processo reduzem a carga de processamento computacional.
