Abstract

"TUBO FLEXìVEL ARMADO E USO DO MESMO". Um tubo flexível armado consiste de um revestimento interno (3) que fica em volta de uma carcaça (1, 2). No outro lado do revestimento interno (3) existem duas camadas de armação, em que a mais interna (5, 6) é uma camada de armação de pressão, enquanto que a mais externa (7, 8) é uma camada de armação de tração. Uma bainha externa (9) é finalmente aplicada em torno das camadas de armação. Com o objetivo de assegurar uma baixa transferência de calor pelas paredes do tubo, uma ou mais camadas termicamente isolantes (10) são extrusadas no lado de fora do revestimento interno, em que, dependendo do uso do tubo, as camadas podem consistir, por exemplo, de um polímero, ou uma mistura polimérica, de poliolefina, tal como um polipropileno, ou de uma policetona. O tubo flexível de acordo com a invenção é especialmente aplicável ao uso na extração, transporte e refino de óleo mineral ou fluidos relacionados.
