Abstract

"METAIS NITRIFICADOS PARA VáLVULA E PROCESSOS PARA FABRICAçãO DOS MESMOS". São descritos metais nitrificados para válvula, tais como, tântalo nitrificado e nióbio nitrificado. Os metais nitrificados para válvula preferivelmente possuem propriedades de fluxo aperfeiçoadas, Densidades Scott superiores e/ou distribuição de tamanho de poro melhorada que conduzem as propriedades físicas aperfeiçoadas do metal de válvula e propriedades elétricas aperfeiçoadas, desde que o metal da válvula seja formado em um ânodo do capacitor. Os processos para preparação de um metal nitrificado para válvula são adicionalmente descritos e envolvem nitrificação do metal de válvula a uma temperatura e pressão suficientes.
