Abstract

"REATOR TUBULAR, PROCESSO PARA CONDUZIR REAçõES POLIFáSICAS LìQUIDO/LìQUIDO NUM REATOR TUBULAR, E PROCESSO PARA COMPOSTOS AROMáTICOS COM NITRAçãO NO ANEL NUM REATOR TUBULAR". Um reator tubular caracterizado por ter elementos de misturação estáticos curtos separados por zonas de coalescência é usado para conduzir reações líquido/líquido polifásicas. Dispersam-se gotículas pequenas de uma das fases na outra fase por elementos de misturação estáticos. Estas gotículas coalescem e separam-se pelo menos parcialmente de fase quando a mistura passa através da zona de coalescência subseq³ente. O reator tubular é particularmente apropriado para nitrar compostos orgânicos embora formando baixos níveis de subprodutos impropriamente nitrados e baixos níveis de nitrofenólicos.
