Abstract

"SENSOR DE MOVIMENTO A INFRAVERMELHO PASSIVO". Um sensor a infravermelho passivo utilizar uma lente ou espelho modificado para alongar verticalmente as zonas de detecção em regiões próximas ao sensor. Este alongamento vertical reduz o sinal produzido por um pequeno animal doméstico, tal como um gato, ao passo que a maior altura de um intruso humano produz um sinal maior. O sensor vantajosamente utiliza um único detector e o mesmo algoritmo é usado para distinguir intrusos humanos de pequenos animais domésticos.
