Abstract

"MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DE CARTãO PARA TRANSAçõES FINANCEIRAS COM FACE DE FOLHA METáLICA COM ELEMENTOS GRáFICOS IMPRESSOS NELE E CARTãO FABRICADO POR ELE". Trata-se de um método de fabricação de um cartão para transações financeiras com face de folha metálica e de um cartão fabricado por ele, em que o cartão está de acordo com as especificações ANSI/ISSO para as características de um cartão para transações financeiras, inclusive a especificação para resistência à deslaminação, ao mesmo tempo permitindo-se que elementos gráficos sejam impressos sobre o cartão com face de folha metálica usando-se prensas para litografar em offset. O método inclui obter uma camada de substrato de plástico (2) e uma camada de folha que contém metal (1), que tem uma superfìcie anterior com uma camada de revestimento de topo imprimível sobre ela. A camada de folha metálica é montada, por sua superfície posterior, sobre a superfície da camada de substrato. Uma camada (10) de um adesivo é aplicada à camada de revestimento de topo imprimível da camada de folha metálica. Elementos gráficos são impressos sobre a camada de adesivo e uma cobertura protetora transparente (4) apresentada sobre a superfície anterior da camada de adesivo sobre os elementos gráficos existentes sobre ela.
