Abstract
"AJUSTE DINáMICO DO TAMANHO DE JANELA DE BUSCA EM RESPOSTA à INTENSIDADE DE SINAL". Um método e aparelho de ajuste de um tamanho de janela de busca por uma unidade remota em um sistema de comunicação sem fio de modo particionado. Em um sistema de comunicação de modo particionado, a unidade remota está em um 'estado ativo' durante seu slot designado. Enquanto está no estado ativo o controlador em uma unidade remota passa os conjunto selecionados de parâmetros de busca para uma máquina de busca. A máquina de busca realiza as buscas nas estações base utilizando os conjuntos selecionados de parâmetros de busca. Um parâmetro de busca, o tamanho da janela de busca, é ajustado em resposta a uma intensidade de sinal medido de um sinal de primeira estação base. O tamanho ajustado da janela de busca é utilizado pela unidade remota quando está buscando outras estações base.
