Abstract

"VáLVULA DE LUVA E MéTODO PARA SUA MONTAGEM"". A presente invenção se refere a um dispositivo de válvula de luva para um fluxo de fluido entre um reservatório de hidrocarbonetos e um poço no reservatório de hidrocarbonetos, compreendendo uma luva externa fixa (1) e uma luva interna rotativa (2), objetivando trazer as aberturas (3, 4) na luva externa e na luva interna dentro e fora de correspondência entre si, para ajuste do fluxo de fluido através das aberturas. A luva interna compreende pelo menos um bulbo externo (5) com uma superfície (6), que, numa condição descarregada e desmontada da luva externa (1) e luva interna (2), se dispõe numa distância (1~ 1~) da linha central (9) da luva interna, que é maior que o raio interno (r~ 2~) da luva externa. o bulbo (5) apresenta uma superfície (6) que é maior que uma correspondente abertura (3) na luva externa e por meio de uma rotação da luva interna (2) para uma posição fechada da válvula de luva, o bulbo (5) pode ser obrigado a cobrir a abertura (3) da luva externa, pelo que o bulbo (5) na posição fechada abrange a abertura (3) da luva externa com uma pressão de contato vedante em uma área (8), em torno da abertura (3) da luva externa.
