Abstract

"CéLULA DE ELETROLìSE MULTIFUNCIONAL BIPOLAR PARA CORRENTE INTENSA". A invenção refere-se a uma célula eletrolítica multifuncional bipolar para cargas de corrente intensa constituída de uma armação estiradora, duas placas de borda de eletrodo com placas de eletrodo metálicas e fonte de alimentação e de placas de eletrodo bipolares que são cada uma constituída de um corpo base de plástico (12) com espaços traseiros para eletrodo (20, 24) e/ou com câmaras de refrigeração (18) que são incorporadas sobre um ou sobre ambos lados; linhas de alimentação (26, 28, 42) e de descarga (30, 32, 44) incorporadas para as soluções de eletrólito e o meio de refrigeração, placas de eletrodo metálicas (14, 16), que são aplicadas sobre ambos os lados do corpo base e são sólidas e/ou perfuradas na área eletroquimicamente ativa; armações de vedação de eletrólito, que repousam sobre as placas de eletrodo metálicas sólidas que são construídas de plástico flexível, e; membranas trocadoras de íons (50), que repousam sobre as placas de eletrodo metálicas perfuradas e/ou sobre as armações de vedação de eletrólito e que são providas para separar os espaços de eletrodo.
