Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE SOLUçõES DE COMPOSTOS ORGâNICOS ANIÈNICOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de soluções ou suspensões concentradas de compostos orgânicos aniónicos que compreende a) a acidificação de uma solução ou suspensão aquosa de um composto orgânico aniónico que contém sais e/ou impurezas até um pH de 4,5 ou menor, se o pH estiver acima deste valor, de forma que b) o composto orgânico aniónico fique insolúvel, em água e precipite na forma do ácido livre, C) levar a suspensão até um teor de sal abaixo de 2% em peso, com base no peso total do retentato, através de ultrafiltração com uma membrana que possui diâmetros de poro de 0,001 até 0,02 <109>m e d) opcionalmente a retirada dos sais através de lavagem com água que possui um pH abaixo de 4,5, e) opcionalmente a realização da lavagem sem ácido com água depois disso e então f) a concentração, de forma que a quantidade de composto orgânico aniónico seja de 5-50% em peso e g) se desejado, levar o composto orgânico aniónico à solução através da adição de uma base apropriada.
